You can buy or acquire Spell Tomes, which when read will unlock new spells.

Yeah, can't find traders at all. Carrying all valuables, can't find a place to trade, have to throw away stuff from time to time.

And also, where do I buy these scrolls for new spells of destruction?

Most importantly, I'm stuck and lost in Dead Men's Respite and know no way to get that Word Of Power from there. After this, I'm heading for the Elder Scroll.

Help?

^^No, I have sold the dragon sclase and bone to many sellers. Take the trader (dark elve) near the philal store in Windhelm for example.

That fella buys everything, other than that you can find some khazit travelling ready to buy anything that you throw at them. All you need is to try your luck at each vendors.

Obviously specific goods trader won't buy the dragon leftover.

Dead man respite is locked ? IF yes then go and talk to queen of solitude, there is a mission to clear the cave, that should fix the glitch I guess.

If you complete the thief guild quest, you will get 4-5 traders with 4000 coin.I think they will buy anything.

I have seen someone casting a spell to create magical dog how to do that ?

Ok thanks guys. No Deam Men's respite isn't locked. It's just that I can't navigate through it.

Is the word of power within in important to the campaign or I can continue with Alduin's Wall and searching the scrolls? I need to finish the campaign quick before I get back home. Got 5 more days left.

The New Year's weekend was FAB! Had a really bad headache as I woke up yesterday but nonetheless, the entire day was dedicated for playing Skyrim and watching Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows. :D

The gameplay has clocked 60 hours, leveled up my character to 42+, completed several random side quests and completed just one objective from the main quest which totals the number of main quests completed by far to 8! Defeated 2 more Dragon Priests (Morokei and Volsung) but this time they were a lot more simpler thanks to my upgraded Dragon Armor set. Completed the main quest for the College of Winterhold and now, the librarian keeps sending me for acquiring random books from several locations. I am yet to visit the Bards College.

I'm on 360
Which means you cannot have that modified UI.

Where do I trade the dragon bones those are heavy and valuables
Preserve some dragon scales and bones. You are going to need them to craft the Dragon Armor set when you have upgraded the Smithing skills to 100.

There is a conjuration spell to spawn a familiar for 60 seconds. That's the one but it is pretty useless. A familiar is a minion and at the most may distract the enemy for some time but it dies a quick death unlike the Dremora Kynmarcher spawned by the Sanguine Rose staff which can actually fight for you and can take down some foes. But the only downside is it can be turned against you by Dragon Priests.

Don't do that. Secure a location where you can offload these goodies. I have cleared out Drela's Cottage (just one guy to be taken care of and it's pretty easy) and use this place as a stash for all the ore, ingots, dragon bones/scales and any unwanted item that I do not want to carry but need not dispose off either. The best part is fast transport to this location is possible and there is also an Arcane Enchanter in this cottage so it's pretty easy to disenchant any item you may have come across and enchant anything.

I'd say not to do that. Not only will this lower the overall experience of the gameplay but you may find it harder to defeat the enemy towards the end since it requires some amount of leveling up. I'd say complete the side quests, level up as much as you can and pause the gameplay when you leave for the college. Resume it when you come back for the vacation.

Hey, 6 months without the game. I know after I get back I'l play Mass Effect 3 not Skyrim. But here's the thing. As I am near to obtaining the scrolls, how close am I to the end of the core campaign?

Thanks Gannu.

I guess there are only 3 dragon shouts ? Since i got a achievement on learning 3 words of spell or there are still more ?

Looking at some of the walk through videos , people seems to have several spells have no clues how to get them , Raising Zombies would definitely help

in combat but don't know how to get it.

There are a total of 20 dragon shouts that can be unlocked with 3 words for each shout. A shout becomes progressively more aggressive (and successful) as you unlock the further words. To unlock a shout, you should discover a word wall and absorb the word from the wall. To unlock the word for the shout, you must slay a dragon, absorb it soul and unlock it. There are several word walls stewn around the world in Skyrim and there are multiple ways of discovering one. The easiest way probably is by exploring. Sometimes couriers also approach you in a town and give you letters that indicates the location of a word wall through a quest.

The best and simplest way to discover a word wall is to ask Arngeir, one of the Greybears with whom you can communicate with. You wouldn't know who this chap is until you reach High Hrothgar. So wait until you reach there.

Keep playing the game, you will eventually discover a lot of things.

Yes I have completed High Hrothgar and currently about to complete Diplomatic immunity.

EDIT - I remember someone gave me a letter which i never looked at.

Talk to the innkeepers and court ministers of the jarls, ask for work, you might get a "kill dragon" quest. Dragon lairs usually have Word Walls to unlock new shouts. And explore !! If you are rushing through the main quest you are doing it wrong.

No I don't rush things , wanted to play this on PC but Patch 1.4 has lowered the FPS to 20 and have invested lot of time on 360.

I haven't completed Diplomatic Immunity yet! :P Just met Delphine at Riverwood and she's laid out the objectives for me.

What level are you presently on? What class are you specialising in - warrior, stealth or mage?

My magicka level is presently at 100. Never dealt too much into Magic. Probably not my cup of tea. I go berserk with my two-handed weapon. Presently using a Wuuthrad.
