This year has been amazing if your a cricket fan and more so if you're an Indian cricket fan :hap2:. First the World Cup and now the IPL Season 4 with two extra teams all of which means that the cricket excitement never stops.
Along with the excitement, come the ads. Due to its unique format, cricket is loved by fans as well as corporates since every 5 mins they can stuff their lies down our throats. Hence, every cricket season provides us with little slices of sheer brilliance. There have been some gems but so far ALOT of them have been downright irritating. However, whats to be noted is that we have come a looooong way (forward) since the "he-he-he korrrukkooo... lijjat paapad" days

This thread is for the best and worst ads that we've come across this season. I would request people to list their reasons too, so as to enable a thorough and balanced discussion (and also coz reading people rant is funny
).
I'll list mine:
GOOD:
-Volkswagen Passat
All 3 ads. Especially the sound proof cabin one. All 3 make me laugh even now.
-Vodafone Zoozoos
Always been a fan. The millions of times that they keep showing it does irritate but lets face it, the guys behind them are really creative
-Havells Fans. 2 Ads
The exam papers and the newspapers being used as fans. Funny
BAD:
-i10 Test Drive
Someone please hit Mohan Kapoor with the bat which he is holding in this ad. And also shove that autographed ball up his...
-Any ad with Shah Rukh Khan in it (Nerolac, Dish TV)
That guy can't act. Period.
-Karbonn Mobile
Ohhh! We don't have decent speakers in this godforsaken shithole. Never fear... Karbonn mobile is here. Remove the handsfree and do balle balle :S
