The book I am reading currently

Brought 'Accidental Billionaires' and 'The Fountainhead' from library.

Haven't started reading any. Won't be able to till next year :) though might finish 'Accidental...' cause it's small.

Finished "Wizard's First Rule" by Terry Goodkind. Bah!

I can't decide whether to start with Wheel of Time again. Last time, I think I'd reached till book 9 or 10 before giving up. The series is awesome till book 4, then it goes downhill.

Finished Amish's Shiva Trilogy's two books.

Also read - The DaVinci Code (now the movie feels a bit different)

Have you read the books by Michael Crichton? Alistair MacLean?

I love the level of detail that the books written by these two authors have.

If you are going to start Michael Crichton, start with "State of Fear". It starts excitingly. But then becomes a little boring. But from the halfway point it becomes quite a gripping story and remains so till the end.

how is the Meluha book?

The first book is quite exceptional, the way the author has managed to wrap fact and fiction is brilliant. Also the story is really well woven, it makes me almost believe it(though I know its not).

Another aspect that really triggers my interest is that the author shows how a human being could be revered as a god, even though he does all things human.

The second book ...well its alright, the author seems to have hurried the book and the content and writing just isn't as good as the first, nonetheless its a decent read to continue the story.

Currently reading:The inimitable Mr. Jeeves P.G. Woodhouse.

Well if you liked Da Vinci Code and finished rest of Dan brown's books(they have practically the same plot)

I would recommend the "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" by Steig Larsson.

If you haven't read all of Dan Brown, I would highly recommend "Digital Fortress", its better than da vinci code and angel and demons minus all the controversy.

Besides DaVinci Code, I read Lost Symbol.

I was gonna order Angels and Demons, but seeing your post I am gonna get Digital Fortress too.

And the millenium trilogy god good reviews too. They are next in queue. Thanks

Try out Deception Point by Dan Brown too. I liked it.

And also The White Tiger by Aravind Adiga. Never thought a Man Booker prize winning novel will be written in such simple language.

I had already bought White Tiger a long ago. Its been pending since. Gone through first few pages - I liked the sarcasm and of course the simple language.
