It is official for the indian version of the phone atleast. You can get it directly via NSU or with that *#0000# thing through gprs/wifi

You can create a backup on the nokia pc suite, update, do a hard reset of the phone, and then restore the baclup to your phone. Its better to do a hard reset, since it solves most problems.... its like a proper reboot

yeah i got she9500 free offer with my 5230
he said 8.4k for just the mobile and 8.9k with the offer
i think its around 350-500rs

things i like most about this earphone
1. excellent noise cancellation (cant hear somebody's voice even if hes shouting in your ears)
2. free pouch and earphone case
3. good bass

things i dont like
1. asymmetric wiring
2. easily entangle able wires
