Hey Mobile gurus. Am planning on buying a phone in the next 3-4 days. I've narrowed down on Samsung Wave, HTC Wildfire & Samsung Galaxy 3. Which one is better for the following requirements?

1. Click pictures.

2. Play games.

3. Record videos.

4. Edit text docs.

5. Browsing.

I'm slightly bent towards Android phones, but Wave is something special, isn't it? If you have other suggestions, lemme know. Should I wait for some phone that's about to launch, lemme know. My spend limit will be about 18K. Consider this SOS!

Which is the best camera phone for under 10k???

Non-touch screen phones are preferred

Top 5MP Camera Phones - Under 10K:
LG GM360 ~ 8.9k* (Good cam, poor vid rec)

SE Elm ~ 9.5K* (Decent cam, good vid rec)

SE C903 ~ 9.5K* (Good cam, avg vid rec)

SE Hazel ~ 10K* (Good cam, good vid rec)

what is the cheapest phone to do fully functional email? Is there anything else apart from BB?

Well, if you're not too keen on multitasking and don't mind the software limitations, the Nokia C3 (6.4K*) is the cheapest option.

The next best option would certainly be the Nokia E63.

LF for a Cheap(as cheap as possible) CDMA mobile.

Need very good battery and will be use for mainly for talking.

Is there any good Dual SIM option for that.

I will be using for Reliance Rs.299 UL plan or may be later TATA SIM.

Are those mobile from Reliance or TATA good ?

Or should I buy separate mobile and SIM ?

Thanks.....

I was looking for a Dual SIM, GSM|GSM working SIMULTANEOUSLY.
Most websites of manufacturers don't mention whether it can be operated at the same time. Most reviews say you have to switch off one of them and then get on to the next. This is NOT what i want.

I am not looking for any fancy facilities. I need a good texting facilities and good talk time.

Regards

Im looking for a dual-sim phone for my mother. It needn't have any fancy features but the ability to use both sims simultaneously is a must. Other than that she would like it if its elegant and nice to look at. Max budget is 5k although the lesser the merrier :)

As metal says samsung fizz is a good option. Else the Guru dual sim 35(E2152)~2.9k. Both SIM are in active standby. But when u are talking to somone with one SIM1 then SIM2 goes into inactive mode during the call.(ie.,U cant get call wating in the other SIM2) Rest of the time both SIM are active and u make/ recive calls in both SIMs.

Thanks for the suggestions, any idea on the pricing of Samsung Fizz?

I am looking to purchase a decent Touchscreen phone under a budget of 12k.

OS seriously doesn't matter as long as navigation doesn't get tedious.

Sound Quality is very important, so is messaging capability.

Please advise.

Thank you,

OverlorD

Hey guys... need another advice... This time for 2 phones.

One for me and my mother.

For my mother.. she needs a very basic phone. just color display with good battery life is necessary and good build quality. cheapest as possible.

For me.. this is a extra phone to carry my airtel connection.

For both anything under 2500.

Need a phone, priorities are camera, music quality and keypad. Budget - ~10k

Will be nice if its stylish.
SE Elm ~ 9.3k/ SE Hazel ~ 10.3k

Sony Ericsson Elm review: Green roots - GSMArena.com

Sony Ericsson Hazel review: Earth, wind, green heart - GSMArena.com

Only -ve is they come with fastport and the bundled handfree doesnt have a 3.5mm jack connector. So u might have to get a converter to connect ur personal IEM.
