ASUS P 527 @ 14.5K GPS with indian maps included
ASUS P320 @ 12.5 K GPS - no maps, no FM
HTC P3300 @17K

didn't recommend asus because their aftersales support is questionable..
and not the htc 3300 at 17k, as i was strictly adhering to his budget.

btw ASUS P527 ,ASUS P320 and HTC Touch which one is best for me?

like i mentioned earlier..

ASUS after-sales support is questionable..

and wide availability of the handset & its accessories is another issue.

anyways here goes:

if the GPS is that important and if you need the keypad:

ASUS P527

else get the newer:

ASUS P320

or for an overall fun PDA experience:

HTC Touch !

it comes down to personal preference as all three have more or less the same hardware specs..

hope this helped..

I want to purchase new mobile. MY eye set on nokia 5310. any word about this model. or suggest mobile but has to be nokia.

do suggest your requirements & budget for this phone..

And yes,the 5310 is a very good phone..
But its main downside is an ordinary 2mp cam(no autofocus/flash) module..

5310 is good if you want to use for music vis earphones,
I am using it now , and has the following probs

1)Battery life is pretty short, for me lasts max 1 day
2) loudspeaker volume is quite low, better test it before you buy
3)camera is useless... by far the worst 2mp cam in market

If you want an alternative at the same price is 3600 slide with much better camera (3.2 mp AF with leds) and better speakers

either increase your budget and go for samsung i450... else go for nokia 5610

^^ He's right..
Either get the Samsung i450 (12.8k) or the Nokia 5610(12k) ..

The 5610 has a superior camera..

I have to buy a phone in 10,000 +/- 2k range. Following are my requirements:
1. Should have a very good camera. I checked out K790i and really liked it's camera but that bulging body is a turn off, although I can live with that.
2. I should be able to install stuff in it. e.g dictionary, games etc.
3. In music, being ok to Good is good enough for me.

Additionally, I would be pretty happy with a Linux phone too so a phone running on Linux will be considered an advantage.

(P.S. Will any phone I buy now support google's android when it come's out?)

But does N73 have a good camera, especially when compared to SE? I am thinking about SE K810i though. What price should I expect?

And are there any other phones besides these, either from Motorola or Samsung or LG?

for se K810 u should expect a price of 11k to 12k ie inclusive of 1 or 2 gb card.

N73 also has a great camera like the k810/k790, but it lacks xenon flash which enables you to take better pics in darkness...
you may also want to consider that N73 is a symbian smartphone which allows you to installs apps while K810 is a normal java enabled feature phone , which has a faster and simpler UI.
about your previous questions, you can install java apps and games on K810 like medical dictio, oxford english dict and java enabled games

The SE K810i is the perfect phone for you !!!

Retails @ 10.8k...

Or

if u like Nokia phones better..

get the

Nokia 5610 XM ~ 12k

Both these have very good 3.2mp camera module..
