BTW no lens, nothing. It aint a SLR :D
Its a Panasonic FZ 28. Simple Point & Shoot Cam :)

Just visited your flickr account. I guess this is a tripod shot

since the exposure shows 30 secs :D
 
Thanks guys! Sorry, I forgot to provide more info.

I used a Sigma 10-20 with a Hoya CPL Filter on a tripod. Exposure = 30 sec. Curves were adjusted during processing. I guess that increased the purple tint at the bottom. Rest of the colors are original.

There was a connection between two buildings on either side of the road. I took the photo from there.
