Damn you have 85mm 1.2f L :<

Another of decent lenses you have.

Nice razor thin Bokeh there.

I'm not that rich to afford a lens like that :P

Had rented the lens for a weekend. an EF 85mm f/1.2L II and EF 24mm f/1.4L II

Folks, how about making this thread an exercise in exchanging knowledge and sharing skills.

Pretty pictures are very well appreciated... but as someone who recently bought a DSLR and using it as a point-&-shoot device, you will have my gratitude if you folks can also post details like aperture, shutter speed, camera make, focal length & any other important details along with photographs.

^^ Use Flickr while uploading photos, and allow Exif info. For the photos uploaded on flickr you can check the exif details easily.

Just start posting here, and people can comment on ways to improve the picture etc..

In addition to what Pranav posted do go through the basics of taking a picture at:

Composition

It's Not About Your Camera

How to Take Better Pictures

The 1st link is very important, although Ken Rockwell's reviews are very biased, his explaining of basics is easily the best.
