Whatever happened to Darksiders II?

And how's your health keeping up?

Believe me, the last whole week was a massive bust. First got screwed with a Flu over the weekend, when the game released. Then got my shift changed at work to an early morning one (6:00AM :boxed:) and finally my bedroom had to be painted and re-wired, so that took away 3 days. But the good news is that I got my TV and that's just what I needed to get my spirits up. ;)

As far as Darksiders II goes, the game had been on hold for quite a long time now. I can't believe I have only clocked 7 hours into it. Beat the Guardian last night. Somehow, I'm really not feeling this game. There is something missing and I just can't put my finger on it. I thought the first game's locations and puzzles were way better and challenging than this one. Anyway, let's see how it goes.

/End rant/OT.

Still sticking to the X360 version? It seems like they still haven't fixed the frame rates issues with that one. Just switch to the PC version this time and try it out for a change. It should be out by tomorrow (hopefully!).

Completed Episode 3 and it was pretty good. Lot of talking in this one and more hardcore decisions were to be made. This was a notch lower than the second episode to me. Darn you Lilly!

My PC can hardly bear anything , 360 version is better with Episode 3 , completed Chapter 4

2nd episode was bloody awesome. Reminded me of The Road, I Saw the Devil and Book of Eli scene.

***SPOILER START***
Can you save Daug trying to save other person when Lily fired at that person ?
***SPOILER END***

Just one more, which should release on December 4th. This coincides with the game's retails disc release date as well. :)

Cool! I'll take up the game after all the episodes are in place. :P

Good for you. I wish I had did the same, but unfortunately (or fortunately), once I played the first episode, there was no stopping me. :P

I wouldn't do that for the second season though. Would play everything at one stretch.

Yeah the wait for the next episode would be painful! Just like it happens with good TV series. Which is why I decided to stay away once I read about the positive reviews. :P

well actually for me ! Its more fun to play this game in episodes . Each episode is like 2-2.5 hour . So total episode will have 10-12 hour of gameplay . Once you will start the game then you may want to complete the game in one go because at the end of each episode there usually happen something incomplete which you might want to continue by playing next episode . So in the end you will finish the game in 1-2 days which is not good for these type of rpg adventure game . I have played the first episode in july and therefore i have the feeling of joy to play this game till now . And believe me , you may get bore by just pressing button and talking action in this game ( rare case though) . So start playing each episode every week one at a time . And thats an order

Just completed the 4th Episode and wow, even though it didn't have a lot of action, this was one emotional roller-coaster. Now it's going to be a very long wait for the final episode. Dam you Telltale, why do you have to make this game so irresistible? :(

Ah man! It breaks my heart that this is the season finale. :(

Hope they start their work on the next season real soon.
