I'm not going to bother with downloading a file off of RS to verify your claim (which could very well have been photochopped), but in the remote case that rite is correct, then this just means that it's time we shut this thread down :P since it isn't going to be giving us a look at any replicable stable scores.
A bit of googling afirms that WEI is crap.
 
Well, it does make a difference because raw power of a 2600k is much more than a 2500k, though most programs aren't optimized for enough difference, but some programs allow 10-20% additional performance in terms of theoretical benchmarks.

You can check any core i7 perhaps not even sandy bridge, 920/860 or above, and I guess all will score at least 7.6 even on stock, or 7.5 or so. 2600k probably gets 7.6-7.7 on stock, and 7.8-7.7-7.8+ at OC.

OC only gives a 0.1 to 0.2 increase or so, nothing much.

And ya, these scores don't mean much to real world performance! :P

Well, even your 6950 CF just gets 7.8 whereas my 5850 used to get 7.7-7.9 too I think. My 6970 gets 7.9. But obviously your 6950 CF is much more powerful, so these numbers don't mean much :D

Edit 1: WTH? I just re-ran the test and my CPU now shows 6.6?

Edit 2: E8400 + EP45-UD3P + 4GB DDR2 RAM + ATi 6950 + Intel x25-M G2

After a fresh install and oc to 43x100 and RAM at 1600 CAS 9, I get :P

CPU 7.8

RAM 7.9

GPU Both 7.9

HDD 5.9 :(

Looks like I need a SSD :S

Is there anyone here who is getting 7.5 in Gaming Graphics in WEI rating with a single HD5770? ;)
 
Apart from HDD at 5.9, can you beat that???

Everything a perfect 7.9 except CPU score at 7.8.

CPU at 4.3 GHz
Memory at 1600 CAS 9 stock.
