Hello,

As The Dealer Feedback thread is becoming hard to manage and understand for people, Microthreads for each dealer are being created to allow everyone to categorize their issues with one particular dealer and to allow the dealer to concentrate on his thread without having to go through pages and pages of feedback pertaining to all other dealers.

Kindly use these threads when necessary, but refrain from creating new ones when you have an issue as it becomes hard to manage for the dealers and people tend not to read your feedback after a while. Modifications will come in time as decisions are taken. Kindly bear with us till this process is completed. More updates soon...

I will never ever buy from ITwares. I have ordered stuff from him and it takes 3-4 days for the stuff to reach--which is ok. But its his attitude that ticks me off. Way too much attitude. Loads of times I have asked him for the quotes of various parts but then he never replies to any of the Pm's or the messages on yahoo. His attitude and the way of dealing with customers will bring losses to him some day.
 
My sentiments exactly Abhishek. I like the way he packaged my VX450 and MX2 but his attitude ticked me off as well. Can't see myself buying from theitwares unless I'm in desperation .....
 
^^ 2nd it....sometimes he is very polite.....but most of the times he gets very agitated and talks almost rudely :)

He is good otherwise though....in shipping out fast and sending stuffs properly

As far as shipping ans bill is concerned i never had an issue.

Yes sometimes he is very polite and sometimes he is very rude..He seems to be very moody :D
 
I've lost count of the stuff I have gotten through him. Busy as he may seem to be, sometimes he loses out on the customer patronage because he does not respond to the PMs. And time and patience is not a luxury, many can afford as rightly pointed out by someone above. At times, I have happened to order through ebay because he did not respond to the PMs. If he has a dealership account in the forums, he should check his inbox for mails which concern trading/service queries. I have had no issues with the consignment service used by him (TNT most of the times IIRC and reaches me the next day) and the packaging either.

I had recently RMA'd a set of PL21 and he did send me a replacement a week later. Which I thought was faulty and sent it to him again only to find out later that it worked. He promptly called me over the phone, confirmed it and sent it back. :ashamed:

He sure is a good dealer. I wish if he can be a bit more diligent, things will go a long way. :)
 
My PL21 which I sent for RMA on Aug 04 is still pending a return. Also, he is NOT responding to my PMs after I sent the defective item. Not a good seller IMO
 
Rahul has always been polite with me, even when I ask him for quotes at 2-3AM at night. Delivery is always done within a maximum of 3-4 days. I think he's a good dealer, but maybe he's on edge cause of work pressure.
 
Just listing good deals and selling stuff at bargain prices is NOT ENOUGH! The dealer must be a good human being. It should be a good experience for the buyer - because its the buyer who helps the dealer generate his income. I am never going to buy anything from Itwares. Shipping was delayed twice.

Even small hardware dealers are very busy during their business hours. Just visit ur city's computer market and you will understand that

Rahul has a shop to run, plus he handles all these online forums, ebay etc. You got to understand his side also. If you dont have little patience, then visit a brick and mortar store and get your purchase done straightaway

He is one guy who promptly gives me quotes and sticks to his deal. He is a no-nonsense guy and sometime too straight. His shipping is blazing fast, I always get the product next day after i make the payment. I am from chennai and he from mumbai
His packing is too good, him and Phoenix are two guys who pay attention to properly packing the stuff

I aint looking to pick sides, just trying to highlight what i have experienced both at Ritche St and online

I dealt 3-4 time with him and every time I was satisfied the way he talked, delivered and shipped. Though yeah, once when he ignored my PM, I had to convince him that I really intent to buy and we dealt fine after that

Again not taking sides, just stating my experience which is quite satisfying.
 
I dealt with him once but my experience was rather pleasant. Blazing fast shipping and he was very polite and cooperative..
 
Most of the times he promptly replies PM's for quotes.

He even listed the stuff i needed in ebay within minutes after confirming the stock of the DDR I :P RAM i ordered. Super fast shipping too :)

Will definitely deal with him again as he is one of the few dealers who visits the forum several times during a day and ships super fast.
 
My experience with ITwares was great.

I agree is he's a quite a burdened/busy person, but when your supposed queue-number comes, he handles the order in a very professional manner. He tries to deliver items in quickest times possible while keeping the customer updated (He shipped one item via Mediahome-Delhi just to shorten the shipping time, and shipped the other item himself which reached me just 2 days later). Excellent packaging, and in my case, great communication too!
 
He surely missed out 2 potential customers in past, as he never replied my 5-8 PMs & I refer them to primeabgb & Nilesh (apexenterprises.in)
 
i have dealed with ITWARES 4 times in last 2 week although he has not given me any itrader rating.My experience with him was good .Rahul is the only person who handles online forum and ebay deals,i also saw him assembling a pc for a customer.He has not appointed any person to help him so he cannot quote to all person who send him PM and mail .Everybody from online forums and ebay sends him messages and pm .The amount of pm and email are too much for him to handle alone.But if he takes order then he sees that the product reaches within the speculated time and also replies the orders status Actually i wanted laptops urgent to gift a person my money was transferred and reflected to his account at night.I went to his home and he gave me the laptop at 12pm.I also had to call and sent mail many times to get quotes but untill he appoints a person to help him its going to be the way it is now i.e sent him mail then call him to look at the mail after 2 to 3 calls he will definetly reply with quotes.I got quotes better than prime .The only thing right now he needs is a person to help him and RAHUL u need to give me itrader ratings for the 4 deals we had in last 2 weeks

Placed order Sunday night at 10 PM.

Got tracking number Monday at about the same time.

Delivered at home today on Tuesday.
