Bulk ordering saves on shipping more than anything else. Regular shipping is $20 per piece. Shipping in bulk even straight from amazon decreases this considerably - for 10 pieces I saw it was @ $7.50 per piece.

Yep, i did forget VAT, so how much does that work out to ? 12.5%

duty is 23.8% + VAT ~ 33%

Assuming VAT works only on the cost price of the product ignoring shipping+insurance.

Yes, very attractive with sea, given it slashes the shipping cost which also factors into the duty.
