Did this update happen today? I've been running the beta for quite some time with nightly automated upgrades and I still have Mac like buttons. Personally, I like them as I have a nasty habit of closing important windows accidentally while trying to maximize them. But what I don't get is the huge outrage that this design choice has caused. Is it really that difficult to deal with this change?
 
Testers can you please tell me if flash applications work good in Lucid ? i had a horrifying time with them in Karmic especially flash heavy applications like browser games on facebook .

Works perfectly for me. Have a fairly old laptop, intel 915 integrated graphics controller with a Centrino processor.
 
Yes flash has been working nicely for me too. Even my laptop has slightly old integrated graphics.

One thing I have noticed is that embedded flash videos do not run on clicking and I have to go to the parent website to watch those videos.

was waiting for it since many days and was reloading the ubuntu page again n again today to check the release status :rofl:
