cpu+mobo.
any OCing- ever?
how low a gpu for hdmi? 4670/4770 kind of low or lower?
how many HDDs and of how much capacity?
size and no. of fans?
optical drives?
misc devices?
Going by the basic info of E5300+G31+ 1x 500GB, a FSP SAGAII 350 seems more than enough for you- even if you add a HD4350 or something similar or tad better for HDMI later.
(actually adding basic but decent gpu to E5300+G31 is a good and vfm upgrade rather than spend more on pricier mobo with features that look good on paper but one may not use or AMD setup just cause needs DVI out or better gfx.)
1600/- is a decent price; 2yrs warranty and shipping cost dilute the vfm-ness.
But can't ask for more in 1600/- bucks either- honestly.
But the information asked for will help you decide if you are better off spending a bit more now rather than discover that later, when you already have something that may get a bit too overwhelmed by the additional requirement..
