when did you guys apply the gift coupon ? when i called the cc and before paying i asked them to apply the 500off gc they said its not possible to apply GC while ordering on phone , for that i have to checkout online. am i doing something wrong ?? :S

Just give them a call, place an order on phone, tell them that you have the 500 code, you will have to mention the code no, and after that tell them to provide 150 off for IVR, i have myself ordered twice, and a lot of people have had an easy transaction.
