oh gawd!then I am 29 and wont be marrying anytime soon :lol:

In our community,upto 35 is kinda OK though ;)

If offer stopped,no worries,I will live a bachelors life rest of my life :D
 
More news on that guy

He has done with his B.E this year...waiting for resulst and is going to MS for higher studies by september.

And most probably ( I certainly don't know ) Bride will also join him in a year or so.

Commitment scares the hell out of me!!!!!....Im open for OPEN relationship..Hell no for weddings......I don't get the concept...marry some one just coz you have too coz education done..you have a job....now get married..WTF.....anyhow...who wants to own a cow when there is plenty of milk available.... :)
 
i got married at the age of 26 and living happily ever since. :D
me also gujju.

it was little early for me as both myself and my wife used to be in same college and from same profession and it was the best possible window available considering work schedule otherwise would have to wait for another 2 years.

BTW, seems like everyone for marriage is hiding or is happy with their community rules. (No offence meant to anyone). But the fact is, is this dependent on your communities only? I guess one has the freedom to choose when to get married, atleast till a certain age. Ofcourse, I agree that the pressure may increase in most cases after a certain age...but I believe one gets to take the decision of signing their own "death warrant" as someone put it, themselves.
 
I met my fiance when I was 36, neither of us have ever been married and we have now been together for almost 8 years. We have been engaged for 6 years :O and will get married whenever we feel it becomes important enough to do so, we are currently buying a house together (which for us is more important than spending a lot of money on a wedding to affirm something that we are already sure about) we have joint bank accounts and other joint things together... so in my opinion and mind, we are already married.

But I sure did have a lot of fun being single, and........... a number of relationships that didn't work out, which I believe have made me more settled in the one I have now. :eek:hyeah:
 
When you are legal age, able to take financial and social responsibility and most importantly when you meet the right person. Everything else is irrelevant.

Had known her for 6 years before I got married!

I got married when I was 10. Celebrated my 25th anniversary some time last year. And yes, marry whenever you are ready. I was ready even at 10 I guess :p
