Contact prabhat kalakshetra, near minerva circle +(91)8026614199 they have a robust collection and I know few more places which do rent out props I did rent a batman costume for my office party 4 months ago

genuinely, post your query on cosplay.com you will get a good amount of information on making the costumes.
