Also Fat Loss != Weight Loss. A few other factors are involved.

But as this topic is getting discussed again..
I would really like to know what should/not my diet consist?
I have been hostelite for 7yrs but now my family shifted here and i am eating 24x7 and well i am avoiding butter, ghee, oil foods.. I am still putting weight exponentially
Well i don't intend to add things like Protein Shakes, or supplements or things on those lines...
What i am looking for is things that i should avoid (the thing we eat on daily basis like roti, chapati, sabzi's , rice, dal, curd, buttermilk, papads etc)
I know there is no substitute for exercise, but i wanna atleast try cutting things that are adding to my weight... I checked few websites but they all recommend following wierd diets as in to eat xyz things and that too quiet weird things that we don't incorporate in our diets at home...
Any suggestions..

very imp point said....althouigh with proper protein whey taken it it would not be compulsory , but then its highly advisable as it would not allow any deposits of the same...also , protein is highly dissolable in water and hence excess of the same gets washed out of the system......intake of any suppliments that include 'creatine' would want heavy intake of liquids...and the word wouldnt be heavy but constant intake of water is required.....being not easily dissolved it might lead to 'stone' problems...eeks..ouch!vb86 said:but make sure you get plenty of water in your system daily.
