Finally after a very long time . Old time Hit and everyon fav wolfenstien is Back !! 6.8 GB... 1 DVD :-).Installing it.. wil post some reviews and Pics soon !!! :hap2: my fav game !!!!finally a good FPS to play now ..
 
It is Wolfenstein and not the older RTCW. :bleh:

Damn, the sheer thought of Heinrich and the Uber soldat gave me some good goosebumps!
 
RTCW was an id game but this one here is raven game with "id collaborating" and it is done on tech 4 engine...modified of course.veil concept sure sounds promising but might be a quirky shoot off from crysis suit powers.
who complains...as long as its got lot of zombies and nazies to shoot... :D

The original RTCW had some of the hardest bosses such as the Super-soldier and the Heinrich. Damn, Heinrich was wayy too hard for me. Took me around 6~7 times to get the things right! The Venom could not quite cut it and had to use a combo of panzerfausts, tesla and grenades to bring down his armor to zero.

Thread title changed. Also there would always be different reviews for different platforms as playing a FPS on PC is a totally different experience then playing a game on the console.
 
ammm thts y i did mention its 360 review :P .....

neways im a great wolfenstine fan .. playing the original wolfenstien 3d on my ipod touch ... so cant wait for this one
 
Played through the first mission. Pretty generic shooter I would say. It's a Call of Duty 2 replica in every term; the graphics, the HUD, guns, damage system etc.

I need to play more to get a final conclusion though. Here a some screenshots in the meanwhile:




The screenshots are taken @1920x1080 with everything maxed out & shadow at Medium. It doesn't break a sweat & is rock steady at 60fps. Plays way better than that Multiplayer Beta that I had. I'll post a full review late on perhaps.
 
i have played 2 missions....pretty linear game play i wld say....very boring unrelated story.....nd crappy cut scenes....guns looks good....nd graphics are OK at this new age of gaming....map is crappy.......

im pretty disappointed wid this game...as I had many hopes over dis game...jus looks like iam playing NECROVISION part 2.....
