stick special footwear means.....i did marathon training where the gym head was telling u need a special footwear for jogging and all so that u dont hurt your ankle.....first he told to dip your leg in water..than on wooden dias was told to give foot impression...if u can see 50% of the impression of your middle part than any shoes will do...in sense no special footwear......
if no impression of middle part u have high arch..which means u need a special footwear for high arch which has special padding in middle.....similarly for lower arch...mine was proper so i didnt pay much attention...
try new balance or nike footwear.....but first consult some reputed gym doc..dont know whts they called...........and say u want to try jogging but u hurt your angle becoz of your weight.......also try cycling if u find jogging hard.....
