I think i should speak out now.. Here's how the deal went earlier..

We agreed for a price of 3.1K shipped & deposited the money in his gf's acc.. He was maintaining a good communication level till then. But as soon as is sent him the confirmation that i've made the payment, he stopped responding.. I assumed he was busy (but what made him busy just after the payment was done is unknown).. asked him a 1000 times to pack it properly & send all the accesories that came along.. After sending the courier he sent a PM to me asking to leave a +ve iTrader rating for him & said he left one for me, but i didnt recive any!!! I asked him to send the mobo that evening itself.. But he delayed it for a day saying that there was heavy rain there in mumbai (wether was all fine till i made the payment, but suddenly..) He sent the mobo in a small thin green box that comes inside that white box. Which needless to say is non protective, moreover he didnt pack it properly, the only packing for the mobo inside was that antistatic bag.. Do i say anything more of how i would get the mobo after transit??.. My friend who accompanied me to the courier office for picking the courier said "that mobo would have been mobo chops by now!!".. I think enough is said about his quality of packing (The reason he told for this was, dtdc wont accept his package with that white box since its big!!,, anybody want to belive this??).. When i opened the box back home, i found almost half of the capacitors in the mobo were bent & same with the perpendicular battery slot!!!.. I was almost sure the board was dead.. Moreover he didnt send the all important back i/o plate, upon calling him & asking about that he said that there was no back i/o plate with the board!!! Upon installing & booting, i found the board was dead!!.. It was not booting, no signs of life anywhere when i power on.. I immeditaly called him & he told me that it shud be the problem of the SMPS iam using & that mobo will support on a CM 650W SMPS (which costs almost twice the price of the mobo!!!) & wont boot on any other SMPS.. I've tried three diff SMPS, two sets of ram & two procs with that board (iam still using all of those till now & are working perfect).. The result was all the same.. Again he insisted that i shud buy a CM 650W to make that mobo work.. I was already fed was hearing all these crap & morevoer he started accusing me that i've damaged the mobo (FYI this is not the first time iam assembling & iam an experienced hand in this), i had enough, i couldnt control the raising of the pitch of my voice (i NEVER used a foul word though), by this he started showering all kinds of nasty words (which i dont want to say here) finally i've made him agree to give a refund (minus the shipping cost) which he'd give after i send it back to him.. I've sned it to him in the same box with same packing via the same courier service & it cost me 150rs.. He got it after two days & after getting it he told that he has given it to a local service center & they told that 4 capacitors were blown in that mobo & he replaced it at a cost of 1000rs (Does anyone want to belive this??).. Finally he gave me back 2700rs (i paid him 3100rs), ie he charged 400rs for shipping, while it cost me just 150rs to ship the board back to him!! During the time all these were happening, i was having a very tight work schedule & cudnt get enuf time to report to mods & follow up to.. Moreover he closed the sale thread so that i wont post any comments there!!.. I brought a new mobo locally & closed the chapter there.. I know i had some financial loss & lot of mental pressure, but i was not in a position to follow up..

Mr.Jesal, I want you to answer the following questions of mine:

1) Why didnt you send the courier with proper packing even when i asked you specifically for it.

2) Why didnt the courier guys accept the board in that white box (original packing), is that that large. FYI i've sent even large packages to even distant places with lesser cost via the same service.

3) Why did you try to fool me to giving you a +ve iTrader rating while the item was in transit by saying that you've left one for me. If you've left one, where is it??

4) Where was the back i/o shield.. I cant belive your answer of "there was no i/o shield with the board". All mobos come with a back i/o shield..

5) Why did it suddenly start to rain in there & you becoming too busy after i made the payment. You were all free & weather was fine before that..

6) Why would tht mobo work just on a particular SMPS that costs twice the price of that mobo?? Why does that mobo hte to work on other (& better) SMPS.

7) Did it cost you 400rs to send it to me? It cost just 150rs to send it back. I still hv the slip for which i sent to you to prove myself..

8) If you've replaced that capacitors in tht mobo (for which you've said cost 1000rs), then how come you send it to RMA??

9) Why did you close the thread immediatly after i made the payment??

10) What exacly you mean by "i fried the mobo"??. I've taken proper care & caution (as i do always) while installing the mobo, & if its still not working, it should be that the mobo's bad..

It was your damn bad packing that damaged the mobo, not me.. OK?? I DIDNT DAMAGE THE MOBO, IT WAS YOUR BAD PACKING THAT DESTROYED IT during transit.. You've cheated ME.. Whatever you say, its the truth..
 
I shud have done this much eariler.. But till now it was my problem, but if he's trying to sell it again, i cant allow him to cheat anyone else..

For me its not the loss of the money that hurt me, it was jesal's attitude of " I will cheat you, I wont accept it, I will blame others for my faults " that really hurt me..

If he told, "It should have been damaged during transit & i will refund you the amount you paid minus the shipping charges" (no matter how unreal amount he charges for shipping) then i would have been satisfied & would have said "Its OK, it happens sometimes" & left the matter there.. But instead he blamed me over & over again & not accpeting his fault..

vinaycm has put in his points and he is justified in raising it.
Deliberatly Misleading a fellow tech member / Shabby packing (after receiving money or otherwise) / overcharging on shipping etc... is just like "crime against humanity" on any forum site. (please note i am not accusing jeasl of these yet, but speaking in general terms.)

Root cause of this matter is jesal's way of packaging only....rest of the prob and verbal fights were a followw through of thee rooot cause only...

I think its much more than that it involves high courier charges, misguiding and probably false information

Plz note the area in the red ellipse.. Its clearly showing Rs.150/-..

I wish i could have taken a pic of the mobo & the packing at the time of reciving the courier.. But as i mentioned earlier, i was having a very tight schedule back then.. Didnt care to take a pic n all..
 
ok me back dint log on after i left. so where to start lets shoot. firstly my mistake i threw the courier receipt out of the window. BUT i can give the contact number and the address of the DTDC office where i sent from. anyone from bombay can confirm as well i have no issues. in bombay yes it costed me rs. 385 bucks to send it there. also i have proof in rashi as well that i got it RMAED again and this is a new piece. to all those saying its daylight robbery sending stuff get a life u dont live in bombay to know how expensive things really are.
 
now for these questions. u freak mobo can damaged in the travel but how can the CAPACITORS FRY UP like that want to explain that kindly.

I've taken proper care & caution (as i do always) while installing the mobo, & if its still not working, it should be that the mobo's bad.. = SEE FOR THE LAST TIME IF MY SO CALLED PACKING WAS BAD IT PINS OR SOMETHING WOULD GET BENT BUT HOW WERE ALL THE CAPACITORS BLOWN UP. CAN THAT HAPPEN IN TRANSIT NO IT CAN ONLY HAPPEN WHEN U TRY TO POWER IT UP AND SCREW UP. MY DEALER IS ALSO PROOF OF THIS. I CAN PROOF THAT IN FRONT OF HIM, I SHOWED IT BEFORE I SENT AND AFTER I GOT IT BACK.
 
also i never said that i wont give money back or anything. he said its not working i said send it back simple. if he is going to deny he dint fry the capacitors i aint entertaining that at all. people who have met me here know me well and are my friends for a while now as well. if i want to cheat trust me 3k is not the amount id bother with even. double of that goes in one night alcohol in a night club.
 
1) You told you'll pack it properly, but i dint see any kind of packing at all..

2) This is not the first time iam reciving a mobo from Mumbai. The usual rates are around 200rs for a normal mobo box. Does your mobo box weigh a ton??

3) If you've left a rating, then where is it?? I dint get it at any point of time..

4) OK.. I can belive this to the extend that "you didnt get it" rather than no i/o shield comes with this board.. but you shud have told it before buying, I've specifically aked for the accesories..

5) However small its my hard earned money.. Its really worthy for me.. For me its still means a lot.. If 3K is sooo small amount to you, then give all TE members that smallll amount for free.. Try to understand the worth of money & trust..

6) If tht mobo has such a prob, you shud have told it before.. How many people do you expect to have a CM 650W?? I dont think its such a popular brand & model that everyone has..

7) I do have a lot of friends in Mumbai & have got a lot of packages from there of all sizes.. No none is outrageously over charged as yours.. As per the con slip, the weight is just 1.2Kg,, Does DTDC charges 400rs for just 1.2Kg?? Anyone??

8) How many times have i repeat this?? You've sent me a dmamged mobo & accusing me of damaging it?? Even if it was fried, you shud have fried it & sent to me..

9) This may be a bit more logical.. But if i had some spare some time back then i shuld have done something about it.. Even if you have closed the thread, you'll have got what you deserve..

10) If that capacitors were blown, it shud have been blown by you & then you've sent to me.. I didnt notice any BLOWN capacitors in that mobo,, just a lot of bent ones..

But 3K still means a LOT to me.. Does i make it clear?? You can spend YOUR money on alcohol or night club or ******* or whatever you like.. If 3K is such a small amount for you, then why didnt you give the full refund to me??

I'd really appretiate if you cut down on boozing for such hefty amounts (hefty atleast for me!!) & help someone who really needs.. If i was in such a position where i could spare 6K+ for a night's alcohol, i'd rather give to some poor man who is in need.. Iam not such a great heart, but i really hate when someone says i spent this much on the last night in the club..
 
I dont wage a debate on the size of Trivandrum & Mumbai.. But i would like to have some help from any reputed member over here to tell the exact amount for shipping a small mobo box weighing just 1.2K from Mumbai to Trivandrum via DTDC..

Dosent DTDC have standard rates for all over India??,, if not so then anyone could go to some village & send couriers from there.. coz as per Mr.Jesal said, if size of the city determines the courier charges, then sending one from a village shud be FREE!!!

LAST TIME I DINT EVEN POWER THE MOBO EVER. which part of that do u not understand u stupid idoit. dont bother with me now, still if ur friend wants to go with me to DTDC most welcome im not scared here, dont try to gain some sympathy loser. admit some things u did wrong. 10 people sitting in bombay cannot lie will they now, if u have 1 proof i have another 10 against it. tell ur friends in bombay to find out itself after i give u the number ok, that should shut ur mouth for good.

Me having a lot of free time?? I really wish i had.. Regarding that loser thing,, you'll soon find out who the real loser is, b.. The only thing i did wrong in the deal was that i trusted you.. You are one damn stubborn cheater.. You cant shut my mouth until its speaking the truth..

You sent me that via ordinary air courier.. Not plus.. These rates are for DTDC Plus, whic is far more costiler..
