If anyone knows any place in Mumbai where I can get unadulterated mangoes (not ripened using Carbides), it would be a great help.

go to LIC colony, Borivli (W) on the western raliway line. there is a mango farm where they sell fruit from the local trees without any artificial ripeners. the packaging and sorting is done where they sell, so you can check that too. The entire colony is full of only Alphonso mango trees. You will find their selling location nearby a temple.

as there are so many variants of mango all over country, every one loves their own brand.

Kesar is our own gujju brand.

Actually, i was suggested to eat Banana peel by my uncle who happens to be in Indian Army.
Banana peel dosen't taste good, but i still eat it showing other, i can eat it .

Hey, peel does has more Nutrition than actual fruit.

There is type of Mango called "Raghu Amba"(Amba refers to Mango in Marathi). When it ripes, its not juicy, but one can enjoy it more eating along with peel.
