Simultaneous streaming​

Family group members can use YouTube TV on up to three separate devices at the same time. If one member is watching on both a computer and a mobile device, it counts as two of the three available devices.

Location requirements work the same if you're sharing your YouTube TV membership with a family group. The family manager sets the home area, and all family members must primarily live in the same household.

Family group members need to periodically use YouTube TV in your home location to keep access. Otherwise, the family manager will have to change the home location. If the family manager can't change the home location, family group members will need to get an individual membership.

Note: If you're using YouTube TV while traveling, you'll get access to certain programs based on your location. Learn more about using YouTube TV while traveling.

Found another TE member who's in such a Youtube family sharing plan . Will clarify things and update here or if he reads the thread he can himself answer queries
 
Ok guy's an update
My queries in YouTube sharing plan

1. Can admin or another user see another users browsing history in YouTube or YouTube music ?

2. Playstore purchases are shared so either make a new google account or admin can disable playstore sharing

3. As per link above Google keep & calendar are also shared
So how does that actually work ?
We just want privacy to include browsing history of each user to be maintained

1. Nope.
2. Yes both options should work. I created a new google account for this.
3. There will be a family calendar extra. You can choose to not use it. Since its my second google account. I don't even have it synced.

Remember people can use family payment method so your credit card is at potencial risk

So prepaid card seems the safest option for activating this and will work
So we have
Self 2 slots
@dissel 1 slot
@logistopath 1 slot
@prime ? Slots

If @prime is taking 2 slots , 6 are complete & group made otherwise let's find another
Minimum subscription 6 months or even 1 year if group agrees .
Making it 189/ per head for 1 slot for 6 months

I guess unless you setup family payment method, its not possible to use by other family members. Also as you mentioned you can for google play gift card option which is safest i guess. I use the same for almost two years without any trouble for my family sharing plan.

@kuduku if someone backs out or got a slot. lemme know. i too will use my throwaway acc for yt premium. btw, gift card is the safest bet and having to pay a year in advance is best.

You are late , all are already paid for an year . And most are using their main Google accounts . There is no privacy issues .
