@ All--- Dont buy through PM route even if you are despo to get a blade. All should put a thread with pics as per TE rules for any sale. Lot of fellow members are here who can help get the blade for arnd 8.5~9k max. So a used one shouldn't fetch more than 8k ! No way.

ZTE Blade Full Body Protection

Price is 620 bucks for single piece.

I had contacted them for bulk pricing and if we order 10 units then the effective pricing will come to 500 bucks excluding local shipping. Not worth as even if we buy 2 piece pricing comes to around 470 bucks.

20 Units pricing will come down to around 440 bucks excluding local shipping.

How many would be interested in getting it.If more people are interested then we can start thinking of a GO.I cannot handle the GO due to my upcoming exams.Someone would need to volunteer for the same.

Hurray my 2500th post :D

I have a quick question for installing the rom, do i have to wipe the data and cache before installing the rom zip or after installing the rom zip? coz in the guide here - 25/Jan [GUIDE] How to Install a Custom ROM on the ZTE Blade - Android @ MoDaCo

the steps are mentioned after the installation step of rom, so does this mean I should wipe data and cache after installation of the rom zip?(which makes less sense to me)

Edit: have always did a wipe before installing the rom zip, hope this is correct.

AFAIK you can wipe before or after installation of the ROM but before rebooting. The installation of the ROM doesn't seem to alter the cache or system data area so it may not really matter in which order you do it.

FLB G2 has much better battery life.

lasts 2 complete days with good amount of usage

Almost 4 days on standby. (Looses little less than 1% every hour)

^ are you referring to 0x90's mod? from this link [MOD] [2011-01-25] 0x90 Mod r2.2 - Android @ MoDaCo

About battery usage on paul's r11 - battery is down to 15% from 90% since my last post (8 hours back), i am heading back to JJ RSL9

Edit: I did try calibrating my battery when i was on JJRSL8 and didnt notice any change in battery backup, will try to recalibrate post JJ RSL9. I am using no applications what so ever on all of these ROMS to make my switch easier, i usually take my contacts backup and move on, so my comparisons are based on clean ROMs installs.

People with ZTE Blades, is the white one a looker? As in does it look good?
White one looks good. I wud say pretty awesome.

I got the FLB G2 rom..seems decent. No frills vanilla ROM. Comes with youtube app. The load screen though is a dead giveaway of the Chinese origin of the phone. :P
