Such incident has happened previously as well when a news channel did a sting/story on eve teasers offering lift on Delhi/Gurgaon junctions.
Problem is, a human being has to die in order for these brain dead politicians to even start thinking about making/changing laws.
The rape of Swiss diplomat, other foreign nationals should have been the cue years back. Indian ladies are short change for them anyways.
The day the free fuel/subsidized food at parliament canteen and other such perks will be withdrawn, i think they ll be more efficient that day onwards.

It can change if the police is not afraid of the local politicians and their hoodlums. All this happens because politicians usually end up calling police officers to leave their men off when caught for breaking the law. Such politicians should be banned from politics for life. Then this stuff will stop. btw, people are to be blamed too. they just stand and watch or go off as if nothing happened. they should have surrounded those thugs and given them a thrashing good enough to put them in hospital for months.

The horrible thing is, law isn't empowered to the extent that they can punish the accused, instead they are out on bail hunting for a new victim.
No wonder I've decided to shift out of India once and for all

I have not been to Finland and NZ so cannot comment but with my short stint in the USA i felt it as a good place to live.
Not sure about gleam of Hollywood as i stayed in a laid back suburb rather than a big downtown metropolis and i liked it.

The population in NZ is very low, the police doesn't carry guns, only military does
, its that peaceful.Another place is Mauritius, had a word with a policeman while strolling who said that "In the past 10 years we haven't had a single case registered" (I am not verifying his claims), the climate there is brilliant!

Things are deplorable & are going from bad to worse. What's worrying is that such incidents are on the rise & nothing is being done about it. Neither does any of us feel things will change. Which is why leaving the country is being discussed. That's worrisome.
& what's ironic is I can't even cuss/swear at such bast***s cuz my post's gonna be deleted, while these a-holes get away with anything.

The solution is only this - strict / harsh punishments.Just dont kill them , Chop off the manhood or atleast chemical castration so that they wont get arousal even when sunny leone st**** in front of them.

Castrate or not, do imprison them for life. I think that'll ensure they are made b*tches, & know what it's like to be on the receiving end.
