Moto G launched in India at 14k for 16GB model

Very aggressive pricing by a reputed branded company, It's a quality offering compared to the chinese imported indian brands.
People are itching to lay their hands on it, it can go Oos tomorrow itself

That's awesome pricing :D It's a total VFM phone in that price range. I am using it for past 1.5 months... totally loving it :D

Are you sure that booking will start from 00:00:01 am ? (are you basing it on Flipkart twitter account replies?)

yes ...flipkart replied the same..

confused whether to get the flip cover @ 70% discount...
flip cover is inconvinient ..but the price(480 approx) is tempting

im damn sure there WILL be a bugfree official CM11 rom in the future...
also there is unofficial CM11 ROM out @ xda with working dual sim...which is pretty impressive as its just 2 months

anyway for now root+cwm+ xposed (gravitybox,swipeback) on a stock rom is way way better than CM

I'm expecting 16 GB single SIM for 11.5 - 12.5 K and perhaps the price itself will drop a bit.

Also, other companies will have to price their upcoming phones accordingly.

I think wait is a better option. But my current phone is acting bizarrely nowadays and I'm too lazy to flash a new ROM.

Maybe I'll end up buying Moto G in the next week or so.
 
It will be interesting to see whether Lenovo keeps up this kind of pricing in the future or just stop selling low cost brands with thin margins when the acquisition takes effect in 6-9 months

Future timely updates from Lenovo will be a big concern for current Moto G,X users.
