Not true, you won't get even 20 fps on GTA IV or Crysis 2 even on low settings on GTX 560 ti with EXXX series. I had E7200 and it was disaster performance degrade with HD 6850. So, CPU upgrade is a must for at least 2nd Gen i3 proccy.
