RE1 definitely are below RE0 for me too. These are great who value soundstage and mids more as suggested by esantosh. By his admission esantosh is a treblehead and a basshead too, and doesn't value soundstage as much as others, so his conclusion of he not liking it, is justified in my opinion...

As an instance, Brendon doesn't like akg 701 as he considers it to be bass anemic and to have an artificial soundstage. And I love RE0, hard to beat it in highs. :)

^That's great. I got M1 as I thought M2's more bass might intrude into the midrange, which I hate. My taste seems a bit similar to you sometimes. Would keep a tab on what you buy and like. :P And I must say I like M1's midrange, just a bit more emphasis on upper mids would have been great, still...

I can assure you that TF10 doesnt require an amp and actually it doesnt play well with many amps.A few are exceptions though.

Currently there are a lot's of books on objective c/cocoa/iPhone in India fortunately. You could start with "Cocoa and Objective C : Up and running" and/or "Learning iPhone programming" both by Oreilly. Apple's dev website a lot's of information on objective c, cocoa, xcode and iphone...

Don't ask me about burn-in. To my ears burn-in doesn't exist :ashamed: Most claim that re2 does improve with burn-in.
