Hmm, Im not sure who are the OEM Manufacturers of ThermalTake PSU's are, but I follow a policy of stay away from ThermalTake. They just arent a good brand anymore. The PSU will easily handle what you have though.

The main thing is, the FSB is bumped upto 1333 ie the E6750 will be 333x8. E6650 will be 333x7. Also, they are new G0 Steppings, which are insane overclockers, as we are seeing on XS.
