Guys called att on +1800-331-0500. They said device cannot be unlocked as I am not their customer and dont have account with them :(. I m screwed now.

Dude i tried calling from my cell phone also Prepaid sim don't require you to activate ISD calling i can directly make calls to Dubai from same number os USA should not be a problem. But whenever i try to call +1800-331-0500 it says incorrect number or just beeps.

I got an lumia 920 off ebay.com after it arrived it seems its locked to AT&T network and needs an unlock code. I have contacted the seller, but he's not yet responded. Can i directly call AT&T on their international support line for the unlock code or its just for the customers. Please help...

just take it to your nearest HTC service center they will charge you for it but. Peace of mind is better than banging ur head on the device for solutions.

Make sure is an oven not microwave. Pre heat the oven for 200c place the card with its back facing up and bake the card for 6-7 minutes. Make sure you dont loose track of it or else all the ic or caps will fall off. Good luck
