    in that price range 3g is a little tough. eZone was selling the motorola zn300 for 4199 a few days ago but thats without 3g and now they have reverted their prices 500 higher (ezone.futurebazaar.com : Motorola ZN300 GSM Handset : GSM Handsets) i also agree with connect, check out a micromax phone.

    Suggestion needed: best buy for a 20k+ Mobile

    try to get the iphone 4 from the usa via a friend or relative and then unlock it. They are going for $600-$660 straight from Apple (depends on what state you buy it in as tax varies) which converts to about 28-31k rupees. otherwise what about the n900. flipkart has it for about 24.5k Nokia...
