Portable water kettle

Hi All,
Looking for a portable water kettle for travelling.
Especially to be used in trains. I have read some electric requirements for safe usage in trains and so want something less powerful, meets safety requirement and is small and just about okay for 1 or 2 person.

I have zeroed on this

anyone any experiences they can share. thanks.

The outlet in trains are 110V last time I checked, and they are meant for low power mobile charging only, as the plaque on it mentions. Attaching a high powered heater to it is a fire hazard.

Instead, I would suggest you get a big flask, fill it with warm water first and then boiling water (to prevent rapid expansion & cracking) at home. Carry room temperature water separately and mix them as & when required. A good flask will keep the water steaming for at least 12 hours.

If you run out, you can always request hot water at any restaurant.

Yes I am aware of this.
Trains I can deal with hot water if required so no issue but I still require one small which I can use it in some other remote places .

let me know if someone’s uses something like I mentioned in op.

looks like Chinese stuff but reviews seem okay.
cannot find anything from brands which can give same level of portability.
