Suggest cabinet - Full ATX / mid ATX

Hey!

I’m on the market for a good cabinet to house my PC in. Please suggest what you think I should get. Below are the factors:

2x3.5 inch + couple of 2.5 inch (optional) drives

good clearance for PSU + drives . the current one is congested.

Not a big fan of rgb (side tempered panel is optional ) and cabinet will go under the desk.

Price ~7k, as less as possible

Please suggest a decent full ATX (preferred) or a good Mid ATX cabinet.

My build - https://pcpartpicker.com/list/JN4Nb2

current cabinet - Cooler Master MasterBox NR600 (w/ODD) ATX Mid Tower Case
P.s -
both Power button and restart buttons are broken in current cabinet. Hence the request for new cabinet.

Its not fancy but works (pic). i would rather spend the extra money towards a new case.

Pc parts include motherboard, and RAM will be available next week and taking the opportunity to look for a new case.

Have had to do the same on my previous two cases

Switches they put in cases are of rubbish quality.

Lancool 216, old but meets your requirements, has multiple 2.5" drive support along with 2x 3.5" drive support.

A lot of new cases support at max 2x 3.5" + 1x 2.5" drive. Just look at ATX mesh front cases, take your pick if you are fine with that.

Considering this I really appreciate my Lancool II Mesh more as it can support upto 3x 3.5" drives + 6x 2.5" drives. Sadly its successors are expensive & OOS.

Let just say, I never had plans to upgrade to AM5 platform. I am a casual gamer mostly single player game on my pc(built in 2017) until recently, I started learning LLM’s and want to max out AM4.

upgrades so far since July 2025,
1070Ti to 9070 XT ( bcz system lagged during gaming (ragnork) on 4k tv and i have got this before started learning LLM )

2700x to 5900XT,

4x8 gigs to 2x32 gigs 3600Mhz cl16 (importing from UK) (initial plan was to get 4x32gb 3200Mhz but they are hard to get kits)

I am fine with one time upgrade that can last for few years instead of constant temptation to upgrades.

I have a brand new https://www.pcstudio.in/product/phanteks-eclipse-g360a-drgb-e-atx-mid-tower-cabinet-with-tempered-glass-side-panel-white/?srsltid=AfmBOooqnYMYIDtFWkkYSkAuf5z9t61Ju_YBIX8-uKzdscQLbBpQ6dPk which was to be part of a lab set up for work but that project got abandoned.

If it suits your needs.

I have the box as well and can offer for 6500 shipped if you can coordinate the shipping with me from madurai, TN.

Why get an AMD gpu when working with ML and LLM’s?

Unfortunately, I have upgraded 1070Ti to 9070 XT ( bcz system lagged during gaming (ragnork) on 4k tv and i have got this before started learning LLM )
