Budget 0-20k 27" 1440p high refresh rate monitor for gaming/media consumption for around 20k?

i am getting this MSI for 23k from a local shop. Let me know if this is a good buy. Looking only for ultrawide monitors as of now

Let me know if this is a good buy.

The price is good but have you considered some downsides like:
- Viewing angle being poor. Display fading out while you don't see it at an angle.
- Straights lines looking slightly curved
- Smearing while viewing content having dark theme, especially with text. Given this is new relatively new panel, it might not have that much smearing but I haven't seen reviews measuring response times.

Having used VA panels, most of the shortcomings can be alleviated:
- positioning the monitor to eye level (using monitor arm if the stand doesn't provide height adjustment) to improve the viewing experience
- using FancyZones to utilize the screen real estate well and also reduce the effect of straight lines looking curved to a degree (you can't escape this when using apps in full screen though)
- adjusting the gamma and black stabilizer/boost setting to reduce smearing (in addition to running at 100hz and overdrive)
