i think its not possible to order anything now
Guys aliexpress seems to be working again for me. Can see prices and shipping.
Generally the problem happens on the final page while placing the order... In case you try please let us know if that works too

cant we do that also via VPN and Virtual credit cards also ?
You can browse Ali app (mine is working without a vpn on bsnl fiber). Place orders via Indian CC but Ali won't deliver it to India. Delivery address has to be some other country.

Never lost the acess of website, Only Major Telecom ISP blocking the website - I’m from those local small ISP
but the real question can you complete the order using Indian Card ? Don’t want to bear Paypal charges for low value product.
BTW:- Tomorrow is 20th The Biden‘s Day, The Start of Bidenian Time and the end of Trupian Time.
I dont think you can complete the order even with PayPal.
It is not about method of payment, it is about address. My Indian cc is working fine but address has to be some other country. Ali is not delivering to India anymore.

Website has worked normally with my ISP after the first few days of the ban. I accepted the completion of the orders and raised disputes without any issues.
You cannot of course check out with an Indian address.
