It didn't came today, so i went to the post office and got to know it was delivered to someone else, so went to that guyz house who accepted parcel with the postman and at last found it after drastic nightmare!!!
And yup no Customs Charged(lucky me)
Heres the overview:

Phone: Xperia arc s
Price: $81.99
Shipping: swiss post
Shipping time: Flat 30 days delivery from the day of payment!!!(nice)
Customs: 0 :p
Ultimately the phone was awesome but there was a small crack on the back panel!!!!

This month delivery of packets was delayed (for the first time).
Two of 5 packets ordered last month arrived about 15 after the expected date.
I am still for other three packets.
Slow hands of customs :-/
 
in my experiance, package which goes to "CHENNAI FOREIGN POST OFFICE" is definitely charged. bought lot of stuffs and if the package goes here, it takes them a month and i have to call them several times.
what they do is open the package and put value based on thier searching and note the customs which should be paid to the postman on delivery. shit!
