Can you not open a dispute on the aliexpress as item not as described or something. I had once opened a dispute for item not received and got my money back.
How much refund did you get...
Like there is an option like "Return item for full refund"

I think return item will give you refund only when seller gets it and also there is no guarantee that seller will confirm the receipt. But in my case I never received the item so I just opened a dispute saying item not received and I got all money back. Just that in exchange rate I lost around 100 Rs or so.
I have sent back Kindle to USA through SpeedNet (India post). If you are returning manage to agree the seller to pay whatever charges you bear for shipping. That way you can use DHL/Fedex/Aramex etc.But in this case i cant open a dispute for item not received as i have received it and tracking is the proof..
So finally i have to send it back and so im finding cheapest alternative to do so!!
I just wonder there should be some option to send the phone back via speed post or registered post..
The post office refuses to accept electronics..
I Guess i have to declare it as something else so that it can be sent via speedpost..
Have anyone tried sending back electronics via india post or speedpost!!!
I have ordered three products, camera battery, a XIAOMI power bank and a replacement screen for my nook simple touch.
The first two are coming by Sweden post. The camera battery has already been delivered.
The LCD screen for NST is being sent by China Mail. Here is the tracking status for it:
http://www.17track.net/en/result/post-details.shtml?nums=RI588946404CN
It says "Awaiting presentation to customs commissioner"
The item is $22. Do I pay customs on it? I need the screen to repair my NST.
Is there a problem if it is sent as a gift?
You cannot raise a dispute before the time period is over. Once the time period is over which is mentioned on the site then only dispute can be raised.Hi, I have ordered few items from AliExpress exactly a month back. All items have reached India and it been there for 17 days not sure where (probably Airport) . Not able to track in India post site, Should I be worried. Or raise a dispute.
Oh OK.. Does it normally take a more month to reach. You cannot raise a dispute before the time period is over. Once the time period is over which is mentioned on the site then only dispute can be raised.
