Hey dinjo thanks for the wonderful guide on page 1. It makes the router... infact you should be hired by Asus... seriously.. dude i have a Tikona with 4Mbps... download torrents speed reached 411 on the PC but in transmission it reached 67 or 68 and then says connection released by user / peer. please help.

Whats the transmission version avoid 2.50 , Transmission GUI does not matter.Check whether the hdd is getting umounted it does happens when hdd is in dying mode

once you see the downloads are stalled.

copied / pasted the startup script in Admin -> commands and saved startup. rebooted the router

in putty

No I meant when torrents are stalled then run mount also run dmesg I see the drive is ext2 and not ext3

And your second partition is not mounted what's the path for transmission downloads check in transmission preferences

I'm sure its pointing to /opt and opt is filled up

opt is getting mounted twice on /opt , did you did a clean partition in Gparted ? Also Remove rm commands from startup script seems like the ext3 drivers are not there.Run blkid and post output

started fresh with 512 and the rest = 8gb usb drive

tried removing rm commands th drive did not mount, so restored it in the script and the so....
