[strike]Batman: Arkham City, closely followed by Deus Ex: Human Revolution and Gears of War 3.[/strike]
You know what? Scratch that. Who am I kidding? It's Deus Ex: Human Revolution. The game was awesome on all counts and got a DLC which lasted another 4 hours. Fantastic story, multiple endings, good combination of stealth and action, excellent voice acting and nice visual art style.
Yeah That Deus Ex run after the launch was awesome. I remember putting in 40 Hrs in 5 days.
I put in more hours in Crysis 2 MP than Battlefield 3, only reason being that there were too many games after September. In terms of quality BF3 trumps C2 MP w/o a shadow of a doubt.

So here are my reviews in a nutshell -
10.
Dirt 3 -
(8.5/10) Somehow I liked Dirt 2 better. But Gymkhana, Presentation etc were top notch, though the general atmosphere was more "Professional" than its predecessor. Nevertheless, Dirt series have completely replaced NFS series as my goto-Racing games.
9.
Crysis 2 (8.8/10) - Gorgeous looking, slick gameplay. Did not bother with the storyline. MP was fun. Linear gameplay was a bit of a letdown.
8.
Dead Space 2 (9/10)- Shock Value! Played this with an Xbox Controller. I was intrigued by the story-line, but then this was the first time I played a Dead Space game.
7.
Portal 2 - I haven't played the SP campaign but have completed the Co-Op. Based on that alone deserves
(9/10)
6.
Limbo -
(9/10) - Simplicity at it's best. One of the best Indie Games ever.
5.
KillZone 3 (9.1/10) - Yet to finish this but can easily walk into my top 20 list any time. It's more entertaining than Crysis 2 if you like an arcadey shooter.
4.
Witcher 2 -
(9.2/10) - Dark, Wicked atmosphere and loads of mature content. Not to forget awesome visuals.
3.
Deus Ex: HR -
(9.5/10) Looks old, feels like an old school FPRPG but boy this game had the best SP campaign of all the games played this year. The background score, monochromatic visuals, conspiracy laden story, some brilliant mini games and a thought provoking end.
2.
Battlefield 3 -
(9.5/10) - What more do you want from a military team based shooter. This would be my GOTY had I not purchased a PS3. I haven't had so much fun since Unreal Tournament days.
1.
Uncharted 3 -
(9.6/10) For the record, I've played UC2 and it is much better than UC3, no doubts there, but that does not mean UC3 is not great. It has hook after hook after hook and awesome visuals, beautiful artwork which will make wonder why PC game devs can't do the same. The Voice acting, The humorous banter, The set pieces. Brilliant! Co-Op is great too and you'll have loads of timepass. And it has it's pitfalls, too. The shooting is not fluid compared to the earlier releases. There are just hordes and hordes of enemies pouring in all the time. The story confused me, there were some supernatural events not explained properly.
But if any PC only gamer ever wants to be Pseudo Indiana Jones for a few hours, this game is it.
Pipelined -
...
SkyRim and Arkham City.
Honorable mentions which I haven't been able to complete - Bastion, Rage, MW3, Dead Island, Little Big Planet 2 (ps3), Outland (ps3), God Of War: Origins (ps3).
