My sincerest condolences to those who died or got hurt and their families in the blast.
I am worried that things are really going to be ugly today (14th Feb 2010). The immediate focus after the blast was on the blast site but today the shameless media will look for masala for sure and the Shiv Sainiks will attack the state government saying that it sent all the policemen to protect the movie "My Name is Khan".
It is a shame that these politicians aren't targetted by these bombers instead of the innocent people.
Last year MNS created an unrest and then the 26/11 happened but ofcourse there was a time gap there but here the Shiv Sainiks created a diversion and a blast has occurred. The Shiv Sainiks are going to blame the state government for trying to protect the movie and not the people and the government is going to blame the Shiv Sainiks.
Shameless as these guys are, I really hope that the blast is due to a cylinder and not a bomb as these guys (politicians) are without a conscience or any form of remorse. They are simply going to look at this incident and wonder how can I use this to increase my popularity.

its really sad that innocent ppl died..may they RIP....n the ironic thing is that there were always security checks at the beginning and end of koregaon park( the place where german bakery is located) ,due to security getting beefed up at theaters less attention was paid at koregaon park....if only the politicians hadnt made a huge scene for MNIK release..

Exactly the reason i was calling you last night.. why the hell was your phone switched off?
R.I.P all those who died. i don't know or care who did this but what they have done is attacked one of the most prominent landmarks of Pune. Since my first day here, German Bakery has been a point of reference whenever asking for directions to any place near KP.
Fortunately, me and my family are out of Pune. But, on a Saturday evening, there were very bright chances that we would have been somewhere in KP. Bloody retarded idiots.. As an Indian, I always feel that with foreign policies such as ours (we never ever want violence) we are surrounded by the worst neighbors in the world.. on all sides nonetheless. Or maybe our policies are the reason for that. Whatever..
All is just very sad.
PS: All those here who are letting their ego to take prominence instead of a little humility are no better than the politicians who will start the blame game now. :no:
