Bsnl speeds increased again! ?

@krishnandu - Its the typical Bengali habit . No communal or racist offense intended , I myself am a Bengali and I believe in Downloading along with Uploading . Think about it if people don't upload how will you ever download ? Tell me ? Don't you ever think that seeders are always uploading ?
 
@Anubis Lol...!! I didn't said it that way..!! I always seed in torrents and specially for Open-Source ones(Mainly Linux Distro's)

But according to you we must have good bandwith(speeds) to upload. The seeders are mainly from foriegn countries where they have huge bandwith than us and much much more speed than us(indians).

So uploading a tons of GB's torrent is nothing for them. But for us.......??? Don't you think we need to think it about that....?? :)

Why do you need to think since uploading won't do any harm to your downloading speed till a certain ratio.
 
No no you got me wrong mate. I was talking about the uploading a torrent(own).

I do seed while downloading and even after downloading. :)

And you are right it's of no sense to stop seeding because it really doesn't hurt download speed or anything.
 
If BSNL decides to go ahead with the FU policy, that ll be more like the last or second last nail in the coffin for BSNL.

I been using BSNL since 2005 and havent had any problem regarding downtimes.. they were few and brief.

Any move for an fup combined with the already existing pathetic CC we have for BSNL.. that ll be the end of BSNL's dream of holding onto the dwindling pool of its customers.
