Being a fresher, they wouldn't expect you to do miracles. So don't worry. As long as you are learning on the job, it is fine. Not just freshers, but even with experienced, as long as the basics are right, picking up a particular language is not a big deal
 
It is a urgent requirement and candidate should join immediately. My Company is looking for Network professionals for technical support.
Here is the Job Description :
Excellent knowledge of networking, should be CCNA certfied or trained.
Candidate Should able to work on Unix or should have knowledge of Unix.
Must be a self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills.
Willingness to work in shift operations (No night shift)
Work location - Pune (Hinjewadi)

Around 3.5L pa....sometimes depends on the college from which he passed out as well :P...but baseline is around 3.25~3.75L pa

Salaries are different for campus recruited freshers and normal non-campus freshers.
 
Would advise to get into accenture if u want to join a service industry the best bet is get into a investment bank
 
Few openings in my organization, if any one interested PM me....

1) BlackBerry/J2ME developer (2+ years exp)

2) C developer, worked on win32 API, Socket programming, UI programming and threading (2+ years exp)

3) System admin having basic fundamentals clear. Asterisk knowledge, Programming knowledge and SQL knowledge is a bonus. Any person who can learn and use his brains will be considered.

So how much for the same job for non-campus freshers.

And how difficult is it to get a job off-campus.

Coz campus -interview for my friend from a reputed college was a cakewalk

complete mass copy in the aptitude.

no technical or almost nil - just one question that too wasnt technically technical :P

Anyone know if there openings for French language specialists, with experience in Insurance/Reinsurance and manual testing. (7-8 yrs exp). Thanks guys, I gotta get out of here....growing dumber by the day
