back to OT,4850 runs much cooler?which model do you have?

I have the dual slot one, Palit the cheapest one on ITWares(Got it locally though)

The P5Q-PRO and E8400 are on the way, so then I will run this set of tests again.
 
@funky, that is that Q6600 is my guess :D

and ofcourse 860/1150 gpu clocks FTW :P

dont know about the ram..easily over 1000mhz though

@infected dude you could do a nice review with some more numbers comparing the 4850/8800 , in crysis they hardly look any different!

^^Max2k2 PM me some more benchmarks you want between the 2, I'll post them, and them on this machine and then with a E8400 so those 4 sets of numbers would be nice..
 
New to Techenclave..
I did some benching with my 8800gtx and got overall 39.29 FPS on 1280*1024 resolution with no AA and DX10.

Welcome to TE rahul and some nice numbers goes to show how powerful the 8800GTX still is!

Sankhdeep could you update your post with numbers in the right format, you can look at the post above yours for reference. Just noticed CPUZ and GPUZ are missing in those screenies.

watever overclocking utility that you have or use, just put it on when ur taking the screenie, that should help.
 
Heya.. here are my screenshots.. din have CPUZ installed so took the screenshots without it. Proccessor is Q6600@3.6Ghz.. Card is 4870x2

@RoBoGhOsT, Yep.. but I knew it from long time back that this was the scores I would get in Crysis.. but for the rest of the games it ROX!!!..
 
we all know that multiple gpus (especially ATI) dont scale in crysis... its not the end of the world

btw, your 1680 scores are impressive goku :)
 
@Pappu.. thx :).. yep.. especially in crysis there is not much of a diff between a single and dual ati gpu
