@Gannu: Remember to connect the game online. You'll have lots of hints dropped by online players, which could save you a good deal of frustration in some levels. The servers were supposed to be taken down earlier, but it has been postponed. Make full use of it. You can even summon others players to help you out.

Oh yeah I did read that Atlus has postponed shutting down the servers. Not sure if anyone would be playing this game still. But nonetheless I'll give it a try. :)

Ok i started the game and played tutorial and some part of later on, with royalty class its almost like god mode in some areas the spear arrow is really powerful those videos are really helping.

I saw in the video where he consumed unknown soldier soul and use it what exactly does using souls does ? I read it builds your experience points but I didn't understand if it builds HP/EXP why does he keeps it on hold why don't consume all of it ?

The activity has spiked like crazy. When they announced that the servers would be taken down, everyone started gaming like crazy. People on GameFAQ boards are purchasing fresh copies now and starting the game, as they want the online component.

Consuming any soliders souls would stack up to your soul points. These "souls" are essentially your currency in the game. You can use it for practically anything. In the beginning, it is always recommended you invest those souls in building your character stats, rather than weapon upgrades, items purchase and so on. He holds on to those souls, so that when he goes back to Nexus, he can spend those hard earned souls to anyone of the NPC's, in anyway he wants.

The first 3 in your character upgrade screen; Vitality (Health bar increase), Attunement (Magic bar increase) & Endurance (Stamina bar increase). Strength is a separate aspect. It builds up your physical damage and also, some heavy shields require a certain amount of strength level to be used efficiently. So you need to invest some souls in it too.

Please note that the rest of your items are under processing and will be shipped out in due time.

Example i wanted to be stronger on magic attribute , also how many times have you played first played i.e Soul Farming ?

You will have enough souls to allocate as per your desired play-style. However, the core upgrades that I listed above need to be your first priority. You can farm enough souls in the latter levels, where enemies would be tougher and their soul drop would be higher. I re-visted the first level over 15 times in-and-out and could farm close to 8k souls from it. But now that my stats are relatively better and my weapon upgrades, I started venturing into tougher areas like 4-2, where I lost around 26k souls just by falling off a flight of stairs. But I re-visited the area 2-3 times (just the first half of it) and I'm back in Nexus with 36k souls. Go slow, but focus on your upgrades.

Gannu: 'Grats. Knowing Flipkart's delivery service, you shouls have it in 2-3 days tops. :P

Hmm.. I'm really not sure what exactly is HP meant here ? Is it Experience points and how are white tendency and black tendency enemies identified

What if I die once and go back again in soul form and die again what would be the consequences will all my souls be lost or i just start again at nexus ? Once the first boss is beaten and if i die after the 2nd playthrough on same level would i have to beat the boss again or bosses are only once ? And why do enemies keep spawning after you have done with 1st playthrough is it the way the game it is or I haven't killed all demons in the area. The enemy AI is really really dumb in the game !

@Gannu - You must watch those Demon Souls Advice video; Royalty Class FTW

HP is Health points/power. The red bar that you see on top for your health, that's your HP. It's not experience points. In fact, there is no such thing as Experience points, it's only souls.

If you die, you're reborn in soul form and spawn at the very start of the level. All the demon's would be ressurected, except for the bosses. You health would be reduced to half. This is where you need to equip the Cling ring, found in the first level. This should boost your health by 25% in the soul form. So you'll have 75% health in total in your soul form. When you die, you leave a bloodstain close to the place where you do. If you die before grabbing it, kiss those souls good-bye.

Once the first boss is beaten and if i die after the 2nd playthrough on same level would i have to beat the boss again or bosses are only once ?

Bosses can only be fought once. Once they die, you collect their soul and the next area to that level opens up.

Enemies will only re-spawn if you go back to Nexus and re-visit the area. That's how you farm for additional souls. However, if you quit the game in the middle of a level, then the enemies that you have killed won't re-spawn, when you re-load that save. Just the traps re-activate.

Where is this Cling Ring ? Right aside that NPC who is standing at top and enemies down at below ?

Invested 20k souls into the 'Evacuate' miracle. Highly useful for farming and bailing out of any world instantly and teleporting right into Nexus. World 4-2 was kicking my ass badly, so planning to move onto World 5, which I haven't even touched yet and try to complete it.

OK so I've got the game day before yesterday around noon. Opened the seal and a had a good look at the casing and the manual. Will begin the game after I am done with MP3. Maybe later next week. :)

*toes and fingers crossed*
