F*ck yeah! Just beat both the Flamelurker and the Dragon God. :yahoo:

So that clears off the Stonefang Tunnel chapter. My hands were almost trembling at the Flamelurker's boss fight, but then realised I had enough healing items, health and Soul Ray to take this SOB down. Besides, I also have the Adjudicator's Shield, which slowly regenerates my HP. I have currently upgraded my Vitality, Intelligence and Endurance at 20. The rest are around 12-15. I guess I should now start upgrading my weapons.

I got my copy yesterday just 2 more missions remain on future soldier then will jump on this one.

Allwyn, how's the game progressing? :)

I shall be ordering the Flipkart copy tonight.

Btw for most RPG titles, I tend to choose the warrior class since I prefer to hack and slash instead of throwing manas and orbs but I suppose magic does a lot of damage to the opponents in Demon's Souls as opposed to physical damage? What class have you chosen?

Oops forgot to update. Farmed some more of 3-1 and 1-1. Then finally entered 4-1 and OMG those Silver Skeletons attacks are horrible. I nearly got killed when 2-3 of them attacked me at the same time. The f*ckers just keep on coming and they are dam fast. Killed the pussified Vanguard (payback's a b**ch) and grabbed the Grey Demon Soul from him. Snagged the Crescent Falchion.

After the heated battle in the second chapter, I was able to clear a fog obstruction in 1-3 and decided to take a stroll in that level. But oddly enough, the damage that the enemies in this level are doing is very high. I mean, even a regular Boletarian soldier seems to be inflicting a lot of damage. To make matters worse, there is this new enemy; Imperial Spy being thrown in, who is like a deadly cousin of Ezio. Unfortunately, Ostrava, an NPC, met his demise while I was trying to rescue him. I was able to isolate and take down one of the Knight attacking him, but I fell short of a few seconds, before the second Knight slashed him to death. :(

My current soul level is 48. :D

The best thing about this game is, not matter what class you select, you can mould it into any form later on. If you start out as a Mage, you can build him into a Warrior class as well, or keep a combination of both. I have chosen the Royalty class. This is a good class to start out for beginners and I concur with it. Ranged attacks in this game is of high importance. You'll be slaughtered, if you go full melee in the start. So grab a ranged weapon or any class which has a ranged weapon gifted by default. It will really help.

Oh that's cool. An old guide put up by Guardian also suggests the Royalty class for starters. :)

I guess I'll stick to the same class then. Oh man, this game is going to be the ultimate test of patience and perseverance!

But it will also be a very fruitful one too. Down the line, you'll realise, that it's not really as hard as they say it is. :P

Completely your choice. I'd suggest Royalty for you as well. Seeing how the start can be a bit intimidating for newbies. Once you learn the tricks of trade, that's when you can experiment with modifying your character. ;)

Seems like I won't start today but read through stuff and watch videos about the game

Another boss bites the dust; the Penetrator.

As I stepped through the fog and the cut-scene hit with the Fat Official standing out there, I thought, this is it? I have to fight HIM? But then the sword just pierced right through him and out came the Penetrator. When the fight finally began, someone already started attacking him and it was none other than *drum roll* Biorr. He took a massive chunk of the Perpetrators health. Although, I'm not sure what happened to him later on, but I easily managed to kill the boss. Warding helped to a great extent. Good thing I decided to invest in it, before the fight. Also rescued Yuria the Witch in the same level. So yeah, looks like I'm on a roll. ;)

Ordered the game today morn. Will read up on some guides and refresher courses in the meantime. :P

haha.. yeah.. i will buy it soon.. though i dunno if i will be able to play.. gannu knows the reason.. girl n bottle (not our mod batli :P) makes life miserable :P

WTF Khauji? Get your butt in here and let's kill this game. Think about it, if you complete it, you can proudly wave your "I owned you b**ch!" flag. ;)
