That's in-game footage being played by the developer on a Playstation 3 console. It's using the same engine as AC2 minus the HUD, more like an early build demo. You can clearly see the enemies being highlighted by the white aura after being targeted and that is not pre-rendered stuff.

He said that the Move and 3D are proof that the PS3 is "future proof" since they are being introduced four years into its product cycle.
