why aint i receiving any coupons even after i buy goods worth thousands?
is there any way to receive the coupons?

The coupons are for promotion. If you were ebay, to whom would you send promotions?
The guys who buy, do so anyway. It was sleeping members like me who hadn't bought anything for long that woke up with the coupons.
So I believe the fact that you have bought so much went against you. I used to get good coupons till a few months ago. Once I started buying regularly, I started getting only 5% coupons.
Only last week I finally got that 10%, upto 1000 max coupon valid until 19th May which I posted here.
Bottom line - Good coupons go out to guys who are less active on ebay.
That's what I think.
