The seller or Ebay...
if its seller on what conditions he has accepted to sell the item on ebay..
if it is ebay, How do they compensate on the value of the coupon...

Ebay does. When I bought some items with the flat 500 off coupon, the seller could not see the amt I paid to ebay.

ebay gives coupons and they compensate with paisapay/listing charges from sellers

these online buyeing makes us habitual and eventually we endup buying other stuffs without coupon [in short coupons are attracting new customers to buy online and sites get genuine buyers]
