Dark Matter Episode 9 - First half of the episode with the long meandering dialogue scenes nearly put me to sleep. In the last 20-25 minutes though I think they did a decent enough job of bringing everything together and ending things the way they did. After a messy penultimate episode I think the writers completely jinxed the plot so the fact that I'm at peace after watching this last episode is more than enough for me.
A season 2 is absolutely not needed and I hope this show is not extended any further. No more madness needed.

From the start, it was very interesting. I liked how the entire show went on. The last episode/ending is somewhat underwhelming and gets predictable as well.
Overall a decent show. Must watch for sci-fi fans.

Watched Boys S04, Episode 5... just when I thought this show had shown me everything with the human centipede in the sauna scene they surprise me with scary...

House of Cards S02, Episode 3 was quite boring to be honest. Barring the last 10 minutes it wasn't a very interesting watch.
This is the problem with hour long episodes when they fail to draw the viewer in... just makes me sleepy and reach for my phone to keep myself from dosing off.

no, netflix developed a habit of cancelling good running shows. They want new subscribers but whatever metrics they are using is crap.

Wait till you reach 6th season without Kevin Spacey. Things are pretty good till S4, and begin to lose plot by S5.

I don't think they had a choice. Needed to finish the series, Spacey was steam rolled by sexual allegations. The show just can't be led by anyone else tbh. Spacey could have carried the dead hoiese around - but they overstretched by a couple of seasons.

Two down, Mindhunter to go!
As I said previously, True Detective S1 was so good for me, I skipped rest of the seasons for the fear of ruining it all. I again tried S4 on good recommendations, But, treating it as different show with no expectations. It was good in it's way. Very different from S1, but it is good for an Snowed landscape, Bleak slow burners. I like shows with nordicsque landscapes.
