Flipkart deals

Wow. Totally different experience lol.

I actually switched to Edifier X3, since my use case is listening to Music and I feel that SQ of X3 is much better than SoundCore. Also X3 has better battery backup. [I also own a pair of Tin T2s, so I do know a little about SQ, not much though]

Second one is with my sister and she doesn't care much about SQ. Her main purpose is to receive calls while working and the call quality has worsened over past 3-4 months.

So imo if SQ is preference, X3 I got for ₹1800 are a better option. And if Call quality is preference, I would've recommended Soundcore 3 months back but not now.

Will vouch for these pair of VFM buds.

Been using it for 6 months now. Bought it for1899 in the last sale.

Call quality is still good, decent noise cancellation.

Very good option for watching Netflix, videos and songs.

Good battery life.

Combining all discounts I am able to get WD Black SN750 NVME - 500GB for Rs.5100.
Is it a good deal?

Comments about this SSD are also welcome.

The ssd itself is good but 500gb in today’s date will be too less. Just my opinion. Get atleast 1tb if you are getting one. 500gb will get filled up in no time.

My usage is limited to programming stuff.
My laptop has additional 1TB HDD.
Right now this laptop has only 100GB NVME which is about to fill, thats why I am going to a larger drive.
500GB should be sufficient for next 2-3yrs.

is it VFM at this price?

The 980 was available at 5800 or something, before voda coupon and hdfc Bank offer. Contemplated to purchase but 500 gigs doesn't attract me much.

If you look at the available options, SN750 is quite good despite being old. The Samsung 980 as stated above is a DRAMless drive compared to the SN750 but then it has a newer generation of controller. Would go with the SN750 if it is cheaper.

However, not sure how you are getting it for 5.1k as I can see discounts of 5% on all cards combined with 10% on HDFC which would probably bring the price to about 5.4k from the listed price of 6326.

Edit: Noticed later that the 980 is listed for 5.9k, so with discounts it will be still 400 lesser than the SN750, so probably worth getting that instead.

Are these for me ☺️
Bro you didn't confirm to let me order 2 units. I then went ahead with just 1. Sorry. :( Then later on @xkcd0137 contacted me to order another unit but it seems the HDFC offer works 1 time only.
If you can manage a Bank of Baroda Card then I can still order your unit as well.

Post a short review, mate.
Okay I fiddled with it for a few hours now. Bluetooth connection is seamless but direct connection to audio soundcard using the cable has better audio output. This will soon change with Sun Valley Windows update though because it will then receive AAC codec support on Bluetooth. Headphone jack option is also handy. Both the jack's volume output and speaker output can be controlled by the volume knob in the master speaker. Speakers get muted automatically when headphone jack is plugged in.

Build quality is excellent, quite heavy and sturdy than I imagined. Master is heavier than the slave speaker, due to inbuilt Amp in it. Bass is not spectacular, really won't work without a sub woofer for any Hip Hop audiophile, although you can distinguish it easily. Highs and Mids are excellent. Audio playback would explain their Power requirements of 30+30W which is quite a lot but it seems they enter a power saving more after some inactivity. I determined the power requirement to be accurate using my inbuilt power metrics of APC UPS.

Watched 5.1 content and played some games using Dolby Atmos & it did work well with these speakers, so was a bit surprised that a stereo setup managed to pull it off. Overall really happy with the purchase all thanks to TE members. Now gotta get one sub-woofer at some point for this to complete the setup. :P

I can help with hdfc card if someone needs. Max discount would be rs 911 because I already availed 339 worth discount on grocery order

Ordered one, lets see.
Opened them and used
Call quality is decent but yet to test in noisy environment.
Music quality is also balanced, may be a bit towards high frequencies... Seemed pretty good as i lean towards the clarity hence towards higher ones.

But fir me the deal breaker is the clock button, they should have had the capacitative touch ones tbh....

What do you folks think.

I just hope the fit is comfortable, with decent sound quality.

Pretty low price for the great bluetooth headset

Audio quality is good its just that the cup size should have been a bit bigger but still a great great deal at 1299 and then cashback etc too

Getting any SSD or HDD on Flipkart is not worth the risk. All their storage buys are non-returnable now even if you get a wrong item or damaged. I don't know how they can get away with it.

Yes, I tried Bluetooth on my Sony Smart TV, then 2 mobiles and my PC. It's currently connected in BT mode on my PC:

I just flipped the dial on the BT mode and then pressed & held it till it got into pairing mode. Then selected it from the options of my device to pair.

The Liberty 2 offers the best price-performance ratio for Soundcore products on Flipkart @2.6k or less with discounts. It is basically a $99 product from last year.
